The new playground will be replacing outdated equipment that was not fully-accessible, which is a level above ADA compliant. All of the new equipment is not only recreational, but therapeutic as well. Each activity at the playground has therapeutic value for the children. The playground will be located near the Bluegrass Center for Autism wing on campus, but is available and open to young people that both agencies are serving at each end of the campus.
